* Cost: $395 cash/check or $415 by credit card / installment plan. The State of Alabama REAL ESTATE COMMISSION requires: Additionally (to Licensing Requirements), a SALESPERSON applicant must: Prior to taking the state exam, successfully complete an approved 60 clock hour prelicense course. (Salesperson applicants have 12 months to pass the state exam after completing this course, if not, the course must be retaken.) IMPORTANT : The NSRE Pre-License Course consist of 11 Modules, 3 days of Cram Course, 1 Final Exam - (3 1/2 hours) minimum 70%. All classes must be attended!
