Carlos started selling real estate in the mid 70’s, becoming the top salesperson in his office in the first 6 months of this career, winning several sales awards on the way.
He became owner of two nationally known real estate franchises with over 100 agents. Carlos career of over 35 years has shown him that the majority of people in the real estate business have a genuine desire to be successful. Carlos is very successful selling residential and commercial real estate in the U.S. and Latin American countries. He was instrumental in moving American and Asian companies to Mexico under the “Free Trade Agreement”. He has served on the Board of Realtors in different capacities including Arbitration and Ethics Panel, and President of the Hispanic Council of Realtor. Carlos spend the time studying the market, He study to obtain his GRI, and CRS designations and became a successful agent when others didn’t have the patience to embark in the success journey, in 2010 he obtained his CRS Emeritus status. Someone once said “SUCCESS IS THE PROGRESSIVE REALIZATION OF A WORTHWHILE DREAM OR GOAL”. And that became one of his affirmations. His goal now is to pass along some of the things that he have learned about real estate to show you how you too can have a successful career in real estate. Carlos Crump Romero CRS Emeritus, broker of COLONIAL REAL ESTATE, has been awarded the prestigious Education Award from the Athens Limestone Board of Realtors. This award was given to Carlos for his involvement in education and training of Realtors in the State of Alabama. Carlos is a member of the Alabama Real Estate Educators Association, A Certified Alabama Real Estate Instructor, and an accomplished international Real Trainer. He has written many real estate articles in different languages in newspapers and magazines and just finished a book entitle “G.O.I. Get over It” that will be publish in the spring. |
