Cindy I. Singh has been a licensed broker and educator since the 1980's. She is a full time instructor for pre-license, post license, continuing education courses, and the Advanced Agent Training Course.

KRISTEY FRY
Kristey Fry is Cindy's administrative assistant at the National School of Real Estate. She has been working for Cindy Singh since 2005. Kristey is also a student of UAH with a focus on Studio Art and Art History. She enjoys working with Cindy very much and loves the staff and the students of the school.

Mary Braud
Mary Braud has been on staff with National School of Real Estate since 1995. She currently teaches pre-license, post license, broker pre-license and continuing education, along with specializing in Fair Housing and Ethics. Her class room style is energetic, humorous and encourages class participation through new school and old school techniques.

In addition to instructing, Ms. Braud maintains a Multiple Qualifying Broker’s license where she is the Qualifying Broker for Avast Realty LLC (A commercial and residential real estate company) and MJ Properties (A property management company) located in Huntsville, Alabama.

Carlos Crump Romero CRS Emeritus
Carlos started selling real estate in the mid 70’s, becoming the top salesperson in his office in the first 6 months of this career, winning several sales awards on the way.

He became owner of two nationally known real estate franchises with over 100 agents.

Carlos career of over 35 years has shown him that the majority of people in the real estate business have a genuine desire to be successful.

Carlos is very successful selling residential and commercial real estate in the U.S. and Latin American countries.

He was instrumental in moving American and Asian companies to Mexico under the “Free Trade Agreement”.

He has served on the Board of Realtors in different capacities including Arbitration and Ethics Panel, and President of the Hispanic Council of Realtor.

Carlos spend the time studying the market, He study to obtain his GRI, and CRS designations and became a successful agent when others didn’t have the patience to embark in the success journey, in 2010 he obtained his CRS Emeritus status.

Someone once said “SUCCESS IS THE PROGRESSIVE REALIZATION OF A WORTHWHILE DREAM OR GOAL”. And that became one of his affirmations.

His goal now is to pass along some of the things that he have learned about real estate to show you how you too can have a successful career in real estate.

Carlos Crump Romero CRS Emeritus, broker of COLONIAL REAL ESTATE, has been awarded the prestigious Education Award from the Athens Limestone Board of Realtors. This award was given to Carlos for his involvement in education and training of Realtors in the State of Alabama.

Carlos is a member of the Alabama Real Estate Educators Association, A Certified Alabama Real Estate Instructor, and an accomplished international Real Trainer.

He has written many real estate articles in different languages in newspapers and magazines and just finished a book entitle “G.O.I. Get over It” that will be publish in the spring.



JOHN H TATE
REVERSE MORTGAGE CONSULTANT
CONTINUED EDUCATION INSTRUCTOR FOR REALTORS
John H. Tate has been in the Mortgage industry for eighteen years, starting as a phone solicitor in 1994. In May 2012 Reverse Mortgage Network (a Division of Maverick Funding Corp) recruited John for the position of Reverse Mortgage Consultant, serving Alabama and Tennessee. Mr. Tate received his first of four Reverse Mortgage certifications in 2004.

Most recently he was a Reverse Mortgage Consultant for Met Life Reverse Mortgage and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Previously he owned and managed a Southwest Funding, LP branch, a nationwide Mortgage Banker & Broker. Mr. Tate transitioned to Southwest Funding, LP from Owner and Branch Manager of 1st Metropolitan Mortgage in 2009, which he owned and operated since October 2003.

John previously held Loan Officer Positions with Platinum Mortgage, GMAC Mortgage, Innovative Mortgage and New South Mortgage Alliance. His formal mortgage training started in 1995 with his first Mortgage Certification from Mortgage Data Systems Professional Education. His training in the Mortgage Industry includes specific training and certification in the areas of First Time Homebuyers, FHA, VA, Rural Housing, Conventional, and Reverse Mortgages.

INTEREST AND ACTIVITIES: John is active in his church, he is also on The Family Selection Committee of Habitat for Humanity Huntsville/Madison County (former chair) he has served on this committee since 2002. He serves on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity Huntsville/Madison County (present Chair of the Board Nomination Committee) and he teach the Mortgage classes for new Habitat Families; required before their closings.

He is a former Facilitator for the First Time Homebuyer’s Club, sponsor; Alabama A&M University, and is a Former Committee Chair for Panoply. His continued education includes thorough exploration and understanding of Consumer Credit, specifically as it relates to qualifying for a home mortgage, this training and practical work experience, related to credit, also enables him to provide non-certified credit advice.

John is also a freelance writer, published locally and is working on a book based on true stories from when he worked as a part-time Private Investigator.



Walt Hennessee
Walt's career in real estate began in 1995. Since then he has been the Qualifying Broker for the Rise office in Madison and is currently the QB for the Rise main office in Huntsville which has over 120 agents. He is licensed as a Certified Real Estate Instructor by the AREC and has developed many Continuing Education courses for real estate agents. In addition, he is a Certified Distance Education Instructor. As President of Zeriss, he developed a 12 hour CE class which is available for real estate agents that desire to receive education about representing the products of builders and developers. Walt has been on the HAAR Forms Committee for 8 years and served as Chairman for 2 years as well as serving on the Professional Standards committee.

Walt has a BA degree in Mathematics and Operations Research from the University of Alabama. His background includes computer manufacturing/marketing/sales and MIS surgical development/marketing/sales. The USPO issued 2 United States Patents based on his research. He has also been the Field Representative for a US Congressman.
